About the Olive Damsel Marabou Trout Fly
The Olive Damsel Marabou is a variant of the Damsel Marabou that is one of the most popular trout lake and reservoir lures in the UK and Europe.
It is very good during the summer when the mass migration of damselfly nymphs occurs.
In summer use a floating line and long leader with a slow figure of eight retrieve or a series of short twitches and during the rest of the year an intermediate or sinking line with a varied rate of retrieve.
