About the Black and Lime Traffic Light Trout Fly
The Black and Lime Traffic Light Buzzer works wonders on still waters, especially when fished very slowly on a floating line and with as long a leader as you are comfortable (18ft).
The silver bead enables it to cut rapidly through the surface film and get to fishing depth quickly. Be aware of takes on the drop.
A very slow figure-of-eight retrieve is normally best although occasionally if there is a lot of buzzer activity fairly fast stripping can work well.
This trout fly is designed to be fished on Dams & Reservoirs, Rivers & Streams, Still Water
