About the Silver Stoat Tail Salmon Atlantic Fly
The Silver Stoats Tail tied, to a Nordic double hook, is a simple yet deadly fly that will take fish anytime during late spring and the summer months.
It is a great low water fly for salmon and steel head.
Although a classic pattern, this fly still stands up to the modern patterns.
Expert Tip:
The fly is fished in most conditions due to the contrast in the black and silver as it will standout. We have tied this pattern on a Nordic Double hook which gives the pattern great stability in the water and obviously great hook strength.
