Pattern Dressings
- Hook : 8-14.
- Thread : Dark brown.
- Tail : Natural cock pheasant tail.
- Body : Pale dog's hair.
- Wing : White CDC.
- Hackle : First grizzle then red game.
The red game hackle is wound on in front of the grizzle. A "V" is cut out of the underside hackle, allowing the fly to sit well on the surface.
