About the Cove Nymph Trout Fly
Arthur Cove, an inspiriational leading stillwater angler from the Midlands, created this simple yet excellent pattern that through the tests of time has become a classic.
It is best used on a long leader with a very slow figure of eight retrieve - just as Arthur himself fishes it with great results.
The Cove nymph represents a wide variety of pupae.
Expert Tip:
Many great writers and fellow fishermen regard Arther Cove as the 'patient' angler.
